            All resolutions marked with an asterisk are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate consideration of these items unless a Council member or citizen so requests during the discussion stage of the “Motion to adopt the Consent Agenda as indicated”.  If there is even a single request the item will be removed from the consent agenda without further motion and considered in its listed sequence in regular fashion.

3.                  Approving the Final Plat of Trotter's Pointe, a residential subdivision of 19 lots on 5.89 acres located east of Congress Drive on the south side of East Wheeler Street.  KAYE

4.                  Approving Site Plan No. 314 - for an expansion at the Twilight Motel, located at 4659 South Saginaw Road.  KAYE

5.                  *  Accepting three new street segments into the City of Midland Local Street System as required by the Michigan Department of Transportation for Act 51 funding.  MCMANUS

6.                  *  Considering reappointments of incumbents to boards and commissions and establishing a timeline for filling remaining vacancies.  RICHART

7.                  *  Extending the termination date of the Agreement Creating the Midland County Central Dispatch Authority to December 31, 2013.  BLOCK

8.                  *  Accepting the resignation of Suzanne Phillips from the Library Board.  BARNARD

Setting a public hearing:

15.              *  Zoning Petition No. 584 - to amend the City of Midland zoning map by rezoning the property located at 400/410 North Saginaw Road from Residential A-1 single-family residential district to Residential B multiple-family district zoning (4/29).  KAYE

16.              *  Directing the City Manager to prepare a preliminary report for the renewal of the Shopping Area Redevelopment Act assessment for the Downtown Midland District and setting a public hearing of necessity (4/8).  TISDALE
