            All resolutions marked with an asterisk are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate consideration of these items unless a Council member or citizen so requests during the discussion stage of the “Motion to adopt the Consent Agenda as indicated”.  If there is even a single request the item will be removed from the consent agenda without further motion and considered in its listed sequence in regular fashion.

4.                  Zoning Petition No. 587 - to amend the City of Midland Zoning map by rezoning property located at 6923 Perrine Road from Residential A (Larkin Township zoning) to RA-1 Residential Single-Family zoning (also see material sent in the September 9 agenda packet).  KAYE

5.                  Second reading and adoption of an ordinance amending Section 16-34 of the Midland Code of Ordinances - Fireworks.  BRANSON

6.                  Second reading and adoption of an ordinance to amend Section 28-182 of Division 4 of Article III of Chapter 28 of the Code of Ordinances - Sewer Capital Charges.  BUSH

 

RESOLUTIONS:

7.                  Approving Site Plan No. 321 - for site plan review and approval for a new commercial facility for three future tenants, located at 7001, 7007 and 7013 Eastman Avenue.  KAYE

8.                  Approving Site Plan No. 322 - for site plan review and approval for a 22,467 square foot expansion of Brittany Manor, located at 3615 East Ashman Street.  KAYE

9.                  *  Approving Site Plan No. 323 - for site plan review and approval for an 11,240 square foot expansion of an existing industrial building, located at 4800 James Savage Road.  KAYE

10.              *  Receiving and filing the 2012-2013 Library Board Annual Report.  BARNARD

11.              *  Recommending approval of the request to transfer ownership and location of an escrowed Resort Class C license.  BRANSON
