            All resolutions marked with an asterisk are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate consideration of these items unless a Council member or citizen so requests during the discussion stage of the “Motion to adopt the Consent Agenda as indicated”.  If there is even a single request the item will be removed from the consent agenda without further motion and considered in its listed sequence in regular fashion.

3.               Authorizing a Memorandum of Understanding between the Michigan Municipal League and the City of Midland for a Downtown Midland Strategic Plan.  KAYE

4.               Supporting a grant application to the Saginaw Bay Watershed Initiative Network for the Emerson riverfront redevelopment project.  MURPHY

5.               *  Making Traffic Control Orders Permanent.  MCMANUS

a.                *  D-13-01 - that the intersection of Patrick Road and Swede Avenue shall be controlled by traffic signal operation.

b.               *  D-13-02 - that the intersection of Saginaw Road and St. Andrews Road shall be controlled by traffic signal operation.

6.               *  Receiving and filing the 2013 Construction Progress Report.  MCMANUS

7.               *  Receiving a recommendation from the Midland Housing Commission for the sale and transfer of vacant city-owned property at 1606 Jefferson Avenue.  KAYE

8.               *  Recognizing Disability Network of Mid-Michigan as a non-profit organization in the community.  LYNCH
