            All resolutions marked with an asterisk are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate consideration of these items unless a Council member or citizen so requests during the discussion stage of the “Motion to adopt the Consent Agenda as indicated”.  If there is even a single request the item will be removed from the consent agenda without further motion and considered in its listed sequence in regular fashion.

9.               *  Approving the request from Grape Beginnings Winery, LLC for a new Small Wine Maker License to be located at 244 E. Main Street.  BRANSON

10.            *  Approving the request of Bolger and Battle on behalf of Caddis Development and Gillespie Group to conduct a family-oriented community block party in downtown Midland on Thursday, June 19.  MCMANUS

11.            *  Approving the request of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention to conduct an Out of the Darkness Walk on Sunday, April 27.  MCMANUS

12.            *  Approving the request of the Great Lakes Loons on behalf of Beaverton High School to conduct a Beaverton High School Prom Fireworks Display at Dow Diamond on Saturday, May 3.  MCMANUS

13.            *  Approving the request of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society to host a Light the Night Walk on Saturday, October 4.  MCMANUS
