            All resolutions marked with an asterisk are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate consideration of these items unless a Council member or citizen so requests during the discussion stage of the “Motion to adopt the Consent Agenda as indicated”.  If there is even a single request the item will be removed from the consent agenda without further motion and considered in its listed sequence in regular fashion.

3.               Introduction and first reading of an ordinance amending Section 28-52 of Division 3 of Article II of Chapter 28 - Water Rates.  BUSH

4.               Introduction and first reading of an ordinance amending Section 28-163 of Division 3 of Article III of Chapter 28 - Sewer Rates.  BUSH

5.               *  Approving Site Plan No. 331 - Midland Ford - for site plan review and approval to construct a 46,780 square foot motor vehicle dealership, located at 520 Joe Mann Boulevard.  KAYE

6.               *  Receiving a report from the Planning Commission for the Non-Motorized Transportation Design Guidelines for bike lanes, bike routes and shared lanes.  KAYE

7.               *  Approving the levy of taxes for the July 2014 tax roll:  DUFORD

8.               *  Approving the levy of taxes for the July 2014 tax roll for special assessments and accounts receivable.  DUFORD

9.               *  Approving the 2014-15 Saginaw-Midland Municipal Water Supply Corporation budget for the Capital Improvement and Emergency Repair Fund.  BUSH

10.            *  Approving a budget transfer to provide for the reassignment of weed inspection and enforcement services from the Parks and Recreation Department to the Building Department.  KAYE

11.            Accepting grants from The Rollin M. Gerstacker Foundation and The Herbert H. and Grace A. Dow Foundation for the purchase of property at 402 Towsley Street.  KAYE
