            All resolutions marked with an asterisk are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate consideration of these items unless a Council member or citizen so requests during the discussion stage of the “Motion to adopt the Consent Agenda as indicated”.  If there is even a single request the item will be removed from the consent agenda without further motion and considered in its listed sequence in regular fashion.

3.               Second reading and adoption of an ordinance amending Section 28-52 of Division 3 of Article II of Chapter 28 - Water Rates.  BUSH

4.               Second reading and adoption of an ordinance amending Section 28-163 of Division 3 of Article III of Chapter 28 - Sewer Rates.  BUSH

5.               Approving resolutions for Chippewassee Park Walking Trail System:  KEENAN

a.                *  Accepting a gift of $100,000 from the Midland Area Community Foundation.

b.               *  Setting a public hearing to amend the 2014-15 General Fund budget to increase expenditures by $100,000 to expand the paved walking trail system in Chippewassee Park (7/28).

6.               *  Appointing Thomas Lind to the Aviation Advisory Commission.  MCMANUS

7.               *  Appointing Denise Schneider to the Board of Review.  DUFORD

8.               *  Approving the request of the Arc of Midland to conduct a Gus Macker 3 on 3 basketball tournament in downtown Midland on the weekend of August 16 and 17.  MCMANUS
