A special meeting of the City Council was held on Monday, August 16, 2004, at 7:00 p.m. in Conference Room B in City Hall. Mayor Black presided.

Councilmen present: Drummond Black, Bruce Johnson, Hollis McKeag, James Myers, Joseph Rokosz

Councilmen absent: None

AVIATION ADVISORY COMMISSION AND MBS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT COMMISSION

Interviewed the following applicants for the Aviation Advisory Commission and MBS International Airport Commission: Stuart Bergstein, Susan Campbell, Nick Ortenburger, John Swantek, Donald Taylor and Sheri Wolford. Candidate Clayton Dunn was unable to attend the interview.

The following resolution was then offered by Councilman McKeag and seconded by Councilman Myers

RESOLVED, that Clayton Dunn is hereby appointed to represent the City of Midland on both the MBS International Airport Commission and the Aviation Advisory Commission effective immediately for a term ending June 30, 2006.

Being no further business the meeting adjourned at 9:25 p.m.
