City Council Meeting Minutes 01-07-05

                                                                                                  January 7, 2005

 

A special meeting of the City Council was held on Friday, January 7, 2005, at 8:30 a.m. in Conference Room B in City Hall.  Mayor Black presided.

 

Councilmen present:

Drummond Black, Bruce Johnson, Hollis McKeag, James Myers, Joseph Rokosz

Councilmen absent:

 None

 

CLOSED SESSION

The following resolution was offered by Councilman Johnson and seconded by Councilman Myers:

 

RESOLVED, that in accord with Section 8(a) of Public Act 267 of the Public Acts of the State of Michigan of 1976, as amended, and upon adoption of this resolution by a majority vote of the City Council, the City Council shall adjourn to a closed session on Friday, January 7, 2005, at 8:30 a.m., upon the request of the City Attorney to consider a periodic personnel employment evaluation of the City Attorney.  (Motion adopted by a Roll Call Vote.)

 

Being no further business the meeting adjourned to a closed session at 8:32 a.m.
