A special joint meeting of the City Council and the Parks and Recreation Commission was held on Monday, January 10, 2005, at 6:00 p.m. in Conference Room B in City Hall. Mayor Black presided.

Council members present: Drummond Black, Bruce Johnson, Hollis McKeag, James Myers, Joseph Rokosz

Council members absent: None

Commission members present: Lois Berthiaume, David Dauer, Robert Donovan, Dottie Lengerman, Bruce Peck, Paul Robert, John Rothhaar

Commission members absent: Kim Zimmer-Janezco

PARKS AND RECREATION FEE PHILOSOPHY

Parks and Recreation Chairman Bruce Peck opened the discussion with a review of activities of the Parks and Recreation Commission from the past year.

Department of Public Services Director Martin McGuire presented information for a discussion on various parks and recreation fees.

Parks and Recreation Commission Member John Rothhaar arrived at 6:30 p.m.

Being no further business the meeting adjourned at 6:55 p.m.
