A special meeting of the City Council was held on Monday, January 17, 2005, at 4:00 p.m. in the City Manager’s Office in City Hall.  Mayor Black presided.

 

Councilmen present:

Drummond Black, Bruce Johnson, James Myers, Joseph Rokosz

Councilmen absent:

 Hollis McKeag

 

CLOSED SESSION

The following resolution was offered by Councilman Johnson and seconded by Councilman Myers:

 

RESOLVED, that in accord with Section 8(a) of Public Act 267 of the Public Acts of the State of Michigan of 1976, as amended, and upon adoption of this resolution by a majority vote of the City Council, the City Council shall adjourn to a closed session on Monday, January 17, 2005, at 4:00 p.m., upon the request of the City Manager to consider a periodic personnel employment evaluation of the City Manager.  (Motion ADOPTED by a Roll Call Vote.)

 

Being no further business the meeting adjourned to a closed session at 4:37 p.m.
