A special meeting of the City Council was held on Saturday, March 5, 2005, at 8:30 a.m. in the Council Chambers in City Hall. Mayor Black presided.

The City Council heard staff presentations on the following topics:
Midland Urban Growth Policy
Existing and Future Master Plan
Local Sewer System
The City Council then discussed a list of 2005 goals prepared by the City Administration covering the same Key Result Areas as the 2004 goals.
Being no further business the meeting adjourned at 5:08 p.m.
