A special meeting of the City Council was held on Monday, September 19, 2005, at 6:30 p.m. in Conference Room A in City Hall. Mayor Black presided.

Interviewed the following applicant for the Planning Commission: James Jocks
The following resolution was offered by Councilman Myers and seconded by Councilman Johnson:
RESOLVED, that James Jocks is hereby appointed as a citizen-at-large member of the Planning Commission to fill a term expiring June 30, 2007. (Motion ADOPTED.)
Being no further business the meeting adjourned session at 6:51 p.m.
