A special meeting of the
City Council was held on Monday, May 4, 2009, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council
Chambers in City Hall. Mayor Johnson
presided.

Midland County Department of Public Health
Director Michael Krecek introduced Public Health Preparedness Coordinator Fred
Yanoski who gave a report on the H1N1 Virus.
Fiscal Services Director David Keenan reviewed
the 2009-10 budget proposals including follow-up on items from session #1,
enterprise recreation funds, transportation fund, Grace A. Dow Memorial
Library, major and local street funds and utility funds.
Being no further business the meeting
adjourned at 9:50 p.m.
