A special meeting of the City Council was held on Monday, April 18, 2011, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in City Hall. Mayor Donker presided.

Fiscal Services Director David Keenan presented the City Manager’s Proposed 2011-12 City Budget including an overview of general fund expenditures and revenues and ongoing budgetary challenges.
