A special meeting of the City Council was held on Tuesday, September 27, 2011, at 6:00 p.m. in Conference Room A in City Hall.  Mayor Donker presided.

 

Councilmen present:

Thomas Adams, J. Dee Brooks, Diane Brown, Maureen Donker, Marty Wazbinski

Councilmen absent:

 None

 

CLOSED SESSION

The following resolution was offered by Councilman Wazbinski and seconded by Councilman Brown:

 

RESOLVED, that in accord with Section 8(a) of Public Act 267 of the Public Acts of the State of Michigan of 1976, as amended, and upon adoption of this resolution by a majority vote of the City Council, the City Council shall adjourn to a closed session on Tuesday, September 27, 2011, at 6:00 p.m., upon the request of the City Manager and the City Attorney to consider a periodic personnel employment evaluation of the City Manager and the City Attorney.  (Motion ADOPTED by a Roll Call Voice Vote.)

 

Being no further business the meeting adjourned to a closed session at 6:04 p.m.
