A special meeting of the City Council was held on Monday, April 16, 2012, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in City Hall. Mayor Donker presided.

Assistant City Manger for Financial Services David Keenan presented the City Manager’s Proposed 2012-13 City Budget including an overview of general fund expenditures and revenues and ongoing budgetary challenges.
Being no further business the meeting adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
