A special joint meeting of the City Council and the Parks and Recreation Commission was held on Monday, December 17, 2012, at 6:00 p.m. in Conference Room B in City Hall. Mayor Donker presided.

Councilmen present: Thomas Adams, J. Dee Brooks, Diane Brown, Maureen Donker, Marty Wazbinski

Councilmen absent: None

Commission members present: Frank Altimore, Kristen Bovid, Patty Carlson, Nancy Carney, David Kelley, John Metevia, Marcia Steidemann

Commission members absent: Neil Rankin, David Rice

PARKS AND RECREATION FEE PHILOSOPHY

Director of Public Services Karen Murphy reviewed activities and projects for 2012 and presented the City’s previously adopted recreation fee philosophy along with potential changes discussed by the Parks and Recreation Commission. Members of the City Council and the Parks and Recreation Commission discussed the accomplishments and fee recommendations.

Being no further business the meeting adjourned at 6:35 p.m.
