Received report on the US-10/Bay City Road Interchange Detour.
Received and filed the Utilities Project Summary Report.
Received and filed a staff report on Insurance Coverage and Liability for Sanitary Sewer Backups.
Held a public hearing and postponed action on the special assessment roll for the 2000 Lee Sanitary Sewer Improvement Special Assessment District until October 9, 2000.
Held a public hearing and postponed action on the special assessment roll for the 2000 Lee Water Main Improvement Special Assessment District until October 9, 2000.
Held a public hearing and postponed action on the special assessment roll for the 2000 Lee Street Improvement Special Assessment District until October 9, 2000.
Held a public hearing and approved the special assessment roll for the 2000 Patrick Sanitary Sewer Improvement Special Assessment District.
Authorized execution of contract with CRS/Shaw Contracting of Kawkawlin, Michigan for the “2000 Patrick Sanitary Sewer; Contract No. 11”, in the amount of 57,820.
Held a public hearing and authorized a grant request from the Clean Michigan Initiative Recreation Bond.
Authorized execution of lease agreement with Fast Ice Inc. for a temporary ice rink contingent upon negotiation of an operating agreement with the City of Midland.
Approved the Final Plat of Foxfire Subdivision No.1.
Authorized the Forward Corporation to widen Patrick Road to provide a left turn lane into their new facility at the northwest corner of Saginaw and Patrick Roads.
Accepted Easement Grant Agreement for Sidewalk and Temporary Construction Easement Agreement from Hot ‘N Now.
Authorized execution of Hazardous Warning Sign Agreement with Dow Corning Corporation.
Authorized execution of Change Order No. 2 to the 2000 Miscellaneous Utility Extensions; Contract No. 19 in the amount of $15,877.
Authorized execution of an Electric Franchise Agreement with DTE Energy Marketing, Inc.
Authorized City Attorney to request assistance from the Michigan Municipal League Legal Defense Fund in regards to the Meijer, Inc. tax appeal.
