MIDLAND CITY COUNCIL

 

Special meeting of the City Council was held  Monday, January 12, 2004.  Mayor Black presided with all Councilmen present.

 

Held a joint meeting with the Parks and Recreation Commission to discuss Recreation Fee Philosophy.
