Special meeting of the City Council was held Monday, January 19, 2004, at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall. Mayor Black presided with all Councilmen present.

Held discussion on 2004-05 Engineering Construction Priorities.

Held discussion on funds available to finance 2004-05 Engineering Construction Priorities.

Scheduled special meeting for Saturday, January 31, 2004, at 8:00 a.m. to complete Council goal setting.
