hearing and approved the application from Case Systems, Inc. for an Industrial
Facilities Exemption Certificate.
Held a public
hearing and approved amendment to the 2003-04 General Fund budget to increase
revenues from an airport construction project refund and increase expenditures
to transfer the funds to a different airport construction project.
Held a public
hearing and approved an amendment to the 2003-04 General Fund budget to
recognize and appropriate Grant Revenues from the Federal Emergency Management
Agency’s U. S. Fire Administration.
Authorized
issuance of purchase order in the amount of $38,567 to Anderson Radio, Inc. for
a Motorola Quantar VHF Radio Station and accessories.
Authorized
issuance of purchase order in the amount of $27,025.15 to Air Source One, Inc.
for a Mako Breathing Air module compressor package and accessories.
Held a public
hearing and approved the 2004-05 Community Development Block Grant Budget.
Held a public
hearing on the City Manager’s Proposed 2004-05 Budget.
Heard presentation
on the Midland Economic Development Council‘s 2003 Annual Report.
Confirmed the City
Manager’s reappointment of Doug Chapman, John Reisner, and Margaret Riecker to
the Downtown Development Authority.
Approved the
2004-05 Saginaw-Midland Municipal Water Supply Corporation Budget for the
Capital Improvement and Emergency Repair Fund.
