OFFICIAL SYNOPSIS

MIDLAND CITY COUNCIL

 

Special meeting of the City Council was held Thursday, June 3, 2004, at 5:00 p.m. at City Hall.  Mayor Black presided.

 

Councilmen present:

Drummond Black, Bruce Johnson, James Myers, Joseph Rokosz

Councilmen absent:

Hollis McKeag

 

Supported Senate Bill 1276 and House Bill 5963 to provide for a more responsible State level for dioxin soil contamination.
