execution of contract with Gerace Construction for
construction of new terminal building at
Waived requirement
for sealed proposals and authorized purchase of electronic on-line services and
books from The Gale Group for the 2004-05 fiscal year an amount not to exceed
$60,000.
Waived requirement
for sealed bids and authorized purchase of services from Mideastern
Michigan Library Cooperative for the 2004-05 fiscal year in an amount not to
exceed $45,000.
Waived requirement
for sealed bids and authorized purchase of automated services from the Valley
Library Consortium for the 2004-05 fiscal year in an amount not to exceed
$105,000.

execution of contract with Central Asphalt, Inc. of

execution of contract with Sova & Sons Contracting, Inc. of

issuance of purchase order to Etna Supply Company of
Waived sealed bids
and authorized issuance of purchase order to the Arnold Center of Midland for
