OFFICIAL SYNOPSIS

MIDLAND CITY COUNCIL

A special meeting of the City Council was held on Wednesday, September 1, 2004 at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall. Mayor Black presided with all Council Members present.

Made appointments to the Dial-A-Ride Advisory Commission, the Planning Commission and the West Main Street Historic District Commission.

Made an appointment to the Cable Access Advisory Commission (Yeas: Johnson, Myers, McKeag, Rokosz
Nays: Black).

Directed the City Attorney to prepare a letter expressing the City’s intent to terminate its antenna site license agreement with Motient Communications Company.
