OFFICIAL SYNOPSIS

MIDLAND CITY COUNCIL

Special meeting of the City Council was held Monday, April 18, 2005, at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall. Mayor Black presided with all Council members present.

Authorized execution of Change Order No. 5 in the amount of $51,383.85 and Change Order No. 6 in the amount of $17,164.83 to Civic Arena Contract with Three Rivers Corporation.

Accepted gift of $35,000 from Northwood University in support of a dedicated team room in the new Civic Arena facility.

Heard presentation on various General Fund budget items.

Adjourned to a closed session to discuss pending litigation.
