OFFICIAL SYNOPSIS

MIDLAND CITY COUNCIL

Special meeting of the City Council was held Monday, May 2, 2005, at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall. Mayor Black presided with all Councilmen present.

Reviewed the Golf Course, Cable Communications, Sewer, Water, and Landfill Funds.

Adjourned to a closed session to discuss strategy and negotiation sessions connected with the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements.
