OFFICIAL SYNOPSIS
MIDLAND CITY COUNCIL
A special meeting of the City Council was held on Monday, July 11, 2005, at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall. Mayor Black presided with all Councilmen present.
Conducted interviews and appointed Richard Siemer to the Aviation Advisory Commission to fill an unexpired term to expire June 30, 2006.
