OFFICIAL SYNOPSIS
MIDLAND CITY COUNCIL
A special meeting of the City Council was held on Monday, July 25, 2005, at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall. Mayor Black presided with all Councilmen present.
Conducted interviews and appointed one member to the Library Board to fill term expiring June 30, 2007 and one member to fill a term expiring June 30, 2008.
