OFFICIAL SYNOPSIS

MIDLAND CITY COUNCIL

 

Special meeting of the City Council was held Monday, December 12, 2005, at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall.  Mayor Johnson presided.

 

Councilmen present:

Thomas Adams, Bruce Johnson, Hollis McKeag James Myers,

Councilmen absent:

Joseph Rokosz

 

Received and filed the DLZ Eastman Avenue Traffic Study report, authorized staff to implement the public process to obtain citizen input, and authorized issuance of purchase order to Kezziah Watkins to facilitate the Eastman Avenue Traffic Study public process at a cost not to exceed $40,000.

 

Passed resolution urging Governor Jennifer Granholm to sign the Homeowner Fairness Bill.
