Special meeting of the City Council was held Wednesday, September 6, 2006, at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall. Mayor Johnson presided with all Council members present.

Received and filed DLZ of Michigan, Inc.’s September 2006 Eastman Avenue Report and authorized implementation of Eastman Avenue Design Series public process.
