OFFICIAL SYNOPSIS

MIDLAND CITY COUNCIL

A regular meeting of the City Council was held on Monday, September 27, 2010, at 7:00 p.m. Mayor Donker presided with all Councilmen present.

Proclaimed October 1 – 31, 2010, as Roller Skating Month in Midland.

Proclaimed October 3 – 9, 2010, as Fire Prevention Week in Midland.

Recognized the Midland Chemics Wrestling Association as a non-profit organization for the purpose of registering with the Charitable Gaming Division of the Michigan Lottery.

Accepted resignation of Stephen King from the Planning Commission.

Authorized issuance of purchase order to Advanced Underground Inspections, LLC of Detroit, Michigan for the Wastewater – I & I Removal Initiative: Manhole Rehabilitation, in the amount of $100,000.
