Special meeting of the City Council was held Monday, September 19, 2011, at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall. Mayor Donker presided with all the Councilmen present.
Adjourned to a closed session to discuss the job performance reviews of the City Manager Jon Lynch and City Attorney James O. Branson III.
