MIDLAND CITY COUNCIL

A regular meeting of the City Council was held on Monday, January 21, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. Mayor Pro Tem Wazbinski presided.

Councilmen present:	Thomas Adams, J. Dee Brooks, Diane Brown, Marty Wazbinski
Councilmen absent:	Maureen Donker

Held public hearing and approved 2012-13 General Fund budget amendment to recognize $45,000 of additional revenue and appropriations for the replacement of the large pavilion at Emerson Park.

Held second reading and adopted an ordinance amending Section 21-73 – General Recreation Fees.

Received and filed the 2013 City Council Planning Retreat staff report.

Received and filed the 2013-14 Construction Priorities Report.

Received and filed the Currie Municipal Golf Course’s Five-Year Deficit Elimination Plan.

Approved the annexation of property located at 6715 North Perrine Road from Larkin Township through the joint resolution process.

Approved Final Plat of Hawk’s Nest – a residential subdivision of 62 lots located west of Dublin Avenue and south of North Saginaw Road.

Supported the City of Midland Master Plan and forwarded it back to the Planning Commission for adoption.
