Midland Municipal Cemetery Fees

 

Adult Grave for City of Midland Resident*:

 

$525.00 per space

 

$460.00 per space for the flush marker section** (Hillcrest Gardens No. 1 and Section X)

**flush marker means that no stone extends above the ground

 

$120.00 per space for cremation sections (Section J, OC and Forestview)

 

Infant Grave for City of Midland Resident*:

 

$155.00 per space (Section N, Little Shepherd)

 

*Resident means a person whose legal residence at the time of the grave space purchase was in the city of Midland or Midland Township or who has lived in either municipality at least 10 years.  The residency status of the purchaser is used.

 

Interment (Burial) Rates:

Optional Costs:

 

• Foundation on which to place a monument has a $120.00 minimum cost or $0.40 per square inch for larger sizes

 

• Duplicate deed, $15.00 each

 

• Transfer of deed, $15.00 each

 

• Marker and monument purchases are made from private companies and costs vary

Adult Grave for Non-Resident:

 

$785.00 per space

 

$690 per space for the flush marker section** (Hillcrest Gardens No. 1 and Section X)

$180.00 per space for cremation sections (section J, OC and Forestview)

 

Infant Grave for Non-Resident:

 

$235.00 per space
