Three Free Collection

As an added service to Midland citizens, for a three-week period each spring and fall, leaves and other yard waste is collected at no charge. During this specified period of time, the City suspends the 25-cent per bag sticker typically required on yard waste bags. Yard waste is collected curbside in kraft paper compost bags or 95-gallon yard waste bins. Yard waste includes grass clippings, leaves, garden wastes and small twigs and branches.
