Any adult summer softball team may
participate in the City Tournament. We ask that City Tournament forms be completed
and returned by team managers, whether you plan on participating or not, to the
Parks and Recreation office before the annual deadline. This ensures all teams
are accounted for and no team will be left out unintentionally.
· Entry is not
automatic - No entries will be
accepted after the deadline.
· Teams wishing to
participate in the City Tournament, with completed form turned in will play!

NOTE: The form contains two pages. If you wish to participate in the
tournament, a roster (page 2) must be included. In City tournaments, District
or State tournaments, players may only be on one team per division MSP, Coed, WSP, MMP, Church, etc.
