Playground Programs

 

Supervised Playground Program

 

Supervised fun for elementary age kids!  Two staff leaders provide supervised activities at participating school playgrounds throughout the city during the summertime.  There is no charge to participate, although fees may apply for special activities scheduled throughout the summer.

The 2008 program is now complete. The program took place at following playgrounds:

·         Adams

·         Carpenter

·         Chestnut Hill

·         Chippewassee

·         Cook

·         Parkdale

·         Plymouth

·         Siebert

·         Woodcrest

 

Program Hours:
Monday - Friday 9 a.m. until Noon
Monday - Thursday 1 - 4 p.m.

*Program breaks daily for lunch
*No program hours on Friday afternoons

Recreation for Persons with Disabilities

 

Supervised activities at various sites throughout Midland are available each summer to broaden experiences and skills for participants ages 15 and up who have developmental disabilities. This is a free service.
