Once you have determined that a particular City of Midland project fits your company's product and/or service offerings, we request that you fill out the form below. This information will aid the City's Purchasing Department in knowing which companies are bidding on City projects, and will be helpful information if an addendum to an original bid specifications document is made.

In the event that an addendum is made after the original bid packet has been posted, it will be noted on this website. In addition, the Purchasing Department will send that information to you. However, it may be helpful to refer to this website before submitting your bid to ensure that there are no addendums to a bid packet. Addendums can contain changes or information that, if missed, could greatly affect and - in some cases - negate a bid submittal.
