The MCTV Network and Midland
Government Television are the City of Midland's public and
government access cable television channels.
These channels are shown on Charter Communications cable system in the City
of Midland and in parts of the surrounding townships. For

MCTV 99 / 97 Public Access: MCTV 99 features non-commercial
programs produced or submitted by members of the community.
MCTV 97-Messages is the community
message board channel. Submit your own non-profit message.
MGTV 96 Government Access: Midland Government Television
shows programs produced or submitted by government agencies, primarily the City
of Midland. A message board about City services is also shown. Click

MPS 98 School Access: Coordinated by the Midland Public
School System, MPS 98 provides message board and programming related to Midland
Public School activities and announcements.
