MCTV 99-Community Voices features non-commercial programs produced or submitted by community members. For a schedule of upcoming programming, click here.

MCTV 97-Messages is a community message board channel. Residents and non-profits located in Midland County may use this channel to post MCTV-approved messages. There's a $25 annual fee for this service.

MGTV 96-Midland Government Television cablecasts programs produced or submitted by government agencies, primarily the City of Midland.  A message board about City services is also cablecast.

MPS-98 Midland Public Schools has news and information of Midland Public Schools. Find details school closings and cancellations details, event information and lunch menus.

MCTV Access User Training Get the training you want & need to operate MCTV's video production equipment and produce your own public access program.

  • Access User Fee  Those who use MCTV’s video production equipment, submit programs for cablecast on MCTV 99 or MCTV 96, or submit messages for the MCTV 97 message board are required to pay a $25 annual fee.

Watch City Meetings Online City meetings are videotaped to keep citizens up-to-date and informed about local government policymaking and activities.
