MCTV Video Camp for Kids
 Instead of watching TV, kids can help make a TV show at MCTV’s Summer Video Camp. Kids ages 12-17 are eligible.
A four-day camp is planned
for summer 2008:
- Monday-Thursday, July 21-24 from 1 - 5 pm.
Registration is underway at MCTV’s studio in the lower level of the Grace A. Dow Memorial Library.
MCTV's office hours are Monday-Friday, 8
a.m.-5:30 p.m. The cost for each class is $50.
Campers must be residents of the
city of Midland or Midland County.
What The Camp is All About: Through the four-day camps, students
will learn how to be a director or technical director, run studio and field
cameras, make graphics and edit video. They will learn these
skills by producing half-hour shows that will air shortly after the trainings on MGTV-Cable
Channel 5.
