Zoning Map
The Zoning Map
reflects the division of
the city by legislative action (City Council decision) into areas - or zones -
that specify allowable uses for real property. The zones identified on a zoning
map also limit the size and area for buildings within these areas. The Zoning
Map implements policies of the Master Plan. It is available electronically
in two formats:

Because of the size of the zoning map, street names and other pertinent
information is not readable when printing the PDF onto an 8.5" x 11" sheet of
paper. If you need a printed copy of the
map, contact the City Planning Department at 989-837-3374.
