*The latest version of the Zoning
Ordinance was adopted by Midland City Council on November 8, 2004, and went
into effect on January 1, 2005. Revisions to Article 22 were approved by
Council on April 13, 2009. Revisions to Articles 2, 3, 5, 8, 21, 27, and 31 were approved by Council on
March 9, 2009.
