Riverside Place Supportive Living
A service feature unique to Riverside Place is the availability of 17
supportive living apartments. For those individuals who need additional
assistance, we offer a package of services which includes:

3 nutritious meals per day
-
Assistance with personal care and hygiene
-
Medication management
-
20 hours per week of a licensed nurse on site

Basic housekeeping
-
Flat laundry
-
24-hour nurse aide service
-
24-hour on-call registered nurse (RN) available

Residents receiving this package live in efficiency apartments located in
the center core of the building.
The City of Midland’s contractual Health Care Provider provides these
