Riverside Senior Residents Keep Active   Check out these fun activities and programs available to senior citizens living at Midland's Riverside Place Senior Living Community.

Dial-A-Ride, a demand-response bus system provided through the City of Midland, is available daily to take residents anywhere within the city limits for a nominal rider fee. In addition, the Midland County Senior Services provides a door-to-door courtesy car which is available for a small fee to take residents to appointments. Reservations should be made ahead of time.

  • Emergency Call System and smoke detectors with sprinkler system

  • Carpeting and window treatments

  • Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, and garbage disposal

  • Patios/balconies

  • 9-foot ceilings

  • Phone jacks in bedrooms and living room

  • Individually controlled thermostats

  • Tub or walk-in shower

  • Grab bars in bathroom

 Services included in each apartment:

  • Storage locker for each apartment

  • Utility allowance including Expanded Basic cablevision

  • Social, educational, devotional, and recreational programs

  • 24-hour emergency maintenance

  • Reserved parking space for residents with cars

  • Controlled building access

Services available to our residents:

  • Token operated laundry facilities

  • Beauty/Barber Salon

  • Health monitoring services provided by an RN

  • Chore services
