Welcome to the City of Midland Department of Planning and Community
Development.
This department is committed to providing our customers with timely services
in a supportive environment. Our objectives are to:

character of the community; and to

Work with the community and other City departments to achieve Midland’s
potential as an outstanding city in which to live and work.
