PURPOSE: The City Treasurer's Office services the public and
City of Midland departments by providing efficient, expedient assistance
in processing funds. We will project a friendly and ethical manner as we
ensure fair treatment within legal guidelines.
The Treasurer's
Office serves as the main collection point for monies owed the
City and other taxing
entities within the City of Midland's jurisdiction. Those
entities are as follows:
- Midland Public Schools
- Delta College
- Midland County

City Payments Accepted at Treasurer's Office
Payments can be made at the Treasurer's Office by mail or at City Hall for the following City services:
After-hours payments may be deposited
in the night box inside Midland City Hall’s main doors (between the Midland County Services Building and City Hall). When making a payment after 8 a.m. on the due date, bring your payment directly to the Treasurer's Office
(Floor 1, City Hall). Otherwise, your payment will be marked as having been received the following business day, and penalty fees may apply.
Water bills may also be paid at any Chemical Bank branch office prior to the due date. There is no bank charge for this service. Chemical Bank will not accept payments on past-due water bills.
