Backflow Device Test Report

Department.
Those filling out the form must be authorized testers with a certification number provided by the
State of Michigan. Call 989-837-6950 with questions.
A drinking water quality report is published annually to
update customers on the City's continuing efforts to ensure a safe
drinking water supply. The reports below detail water quality
testing data and an overview of services provided to customers
for the years indicated.
The City of Midland Water Treatment Plant responds to
emergencies related to the City's water system (such as water
main breaks) 24 hours a day.
