City Manager

Over the years, the City of Midland and its citizens have been the recipients of many beautiful gifts from a variety of organizations and communities. Many of these gifts are showcased near the City Manager's office on the first floor of Midland City Hall, 333 W. Ellsworth St., Midland, MI.  Many lovely gifts from Midland's sister city of Handa, Japan, can also be found near the Quiet Room at the Grace A. Dow Memorial Library, 1710 W. St. Andrews St., Midland, MI.
