You will need to attend an orientation session before you begin volunteering at the library for the summer. Librarians will be available after each session to help you set up your online account with the United Way of Midland County Volunteer Center.

During the orientation, we will also brief you on staffing the summer reading prize table, usher duties, and program days. This will be your time to sign up for volunteer shifts, so have your calendars ready! It helps if you know the dates of your family vacations, driver’s ed schedule, or other commitments you have for the summer.
